Demographic Diversity in the WA Bar:  A Consistent Failure to Frame the Right Question

In August 2010 Bar Council commissioned a research project to investigate the barriers and pathways towards creating a diverse bar and judiciary in Western Australia.  The research was undertaken by Jill Howieson, Associate Dean at UWA Law School and Thomas Fitzgerald, Lecturer, School of Law at the University of Notre Dame with support from the UWA School of Psychology.
