Before joining Francis Burt Chambers as a barrister, Sarah was a senior associate at Clayton Utz (2006-2010) and at Mallesons Stephen Jaques (2003-2006). Sarah also practised in England for several years before moving to Australia in 2003.
Sarah primarily practices in the areas of commercial litigation, competition and consumer law and construction disputes. She has over 20 years' experience in litigation and has been involved in a wide range of civil, corporate and commercial litigation in Australia and overseas, including complex contractual disputes, trade practices, statutory, common law and equitable claims.
Sarah also advises on competition and consumer law issues and is a member of the Competition and Consumer Committee of the Law Council of Australia, Business Law Section. Sarah was Deputy Chair of that Committee from 2010 until September 2014.
