Tim Hammond SC

Tim’s litigation background is predominantly in the area of civil litigation with a focus on personal injuries cases.

Tim has experience in both State & Federal workers’ compensation matters, motor vehicle injuries claims, medical negligence matters as well as public & occupiers liability claims.

More recently, Tim has specialised in representing victims of asbestos disease, which has resulted in extensive litigation experience in the District and Supreme Court.

Prior to joining the Bar, Tim was formerly a partner at Slater & Gordon Lawyers.

Tim will accept instructions in relation to all aspects of case preparation, from the provision of advices to drafting and appearance work.
