Constitution

The Western Australian Bar has adopted a Constitution which governs the WA Bar. Upon becoming a member of the WA Bar barristers are required to observe the requirements of the Constitution.

Accepts Direct Briefs from corporate counsel (government or private) without involvement of external solicitor
