Fraser Robertson
Fraser joined John Toohey Chambers in 2015, having previously practiced in litigation as an employed solicitor with two boutique firms, practicing in primarily in general commercial litigation and family law.
Since joining the Bar, Fraser has conducted a broad practice in areas such as commercial litigation, family law, wills and estates, equity and trusts, insolvency and legal costs.
Fraser is an experienced advocate, having appeared as Counsel in most State and Federal Courts, including the High Court of Australia. Fraser has accepted briefs from a wide range of instructing solicitors, ranging from sole practitioners to national and international firms.
Fraser also frequently accepts instructions to act for persons seeking judicial review of migration decisions.
Fraser is Convenor of the Costs Committee of the Law Society of Western Australia and a member of the Civil Litigation Course Advisory Committee for the College of Law in Western Australia.
