John Hockley

John is a highly experienced advocate, mediator and Harvard-trained negotiator. He is a registered adjudicator under the Construction Contracts Act 2004 (WA) and has acted as both counsel and arbitrator in arbitration.

With extensive practice in many areas of law, John specialises in resources law, corporate law and succession law. He regularly appears in leading succession law cases in WA, as well as advising on and appearing in taxation and revenue cases in the Federal Court and the Australian Administrative Tribunal.
