Jonathan Davies

Major Crime: Jonathan is experienced counsel in murder, vehicle homicide and cases of serious crime.

DNA Counsel: Jonathan has a particular experience and expertise in challenging DNA evidence and vehicle crash reconstruction evidence.

Corporate, Property and Commercial: Jonathan is also experienced in the operation of public companies and will provide advice and undertake cases in corporate compliance, mining, commercial and property disputes in superior courts and tribunals.

Appeals: Jonathan is experienced counsel in the conduct of appeals in the Western Australian Court of Appeal, Federal and High Courts.

Jonathan was awarded the Law Society of Western Australia Community Service Award in 2006 and, jointly with Messrs Percy QC and McCusker QC, was awarded the Australian Lawyers Alliance Civil Justice Award in 2007.
