James McMillan

Dr McMillan is an experienced tax and revenue lawyer.  Previously a corporate tax partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Sydney and Adelaide, he has practised at the bar in SA and the NT since 2014.  Dr McMillan will accept briefs in all tax advice and tax dispute matters, including negotiating tax audit settlements, tax appeals, and advising on tax implications of legal settlements, including family law matters.
