Alice McShera

Alice is an experienced advocate who appears and advises as counsel in all family law and restraining orders matters. She has appeared as counsel both at first instance and in appeals in the Family Court of Australia, Family Court of Western Australia, Supreme Court of Western Australia and in the Magistrates Court of Western Australia.

Prior to commencing practice as an independent barrister Alice practiced as a Senior Associate in a boutique family law firm and, prior to that, was a Legal Associate to a Judge at the Family Court of Western Australia for four years. In 2015 Alice obtained her Master of Laws from the Australian National University.
