Briannen Morrow

Briannen was elected to the Bar in 2024 and joined Francis Burt Chambers under the Pupillage Program.

Under the mentorship of esteemed barristers, Briannen specialises in criminal law and restraining order matters.

Briannen has worked in the government, private practice and community legal centres.

Prior to coming to the Bar, she has acted in a variety of criminal matters of varying complexity and appeared across the Magistrates Court, Children’s Court, District Court and Supreme Court. She is a fierce advocate for her clients and is passionate about ensuring access to justice for those she represents.

In restraining order matters Briannen has appeared as counsel for both applicants and respondents. She has also provided assistance in the alternative resolution programs available in the Courts.
