Peter Ward

Peter was a Partner of Ashurst Australia (formerly Blake Dawson) before joining Francis Burt Chambers in 2016. He practised across a wide variety of commercial and public law disputes, with a particular focus on construction & infrastructure, energy & resources, and government matters. He practices both as counsel and as an arbitrator.

Peter has been recognised in The Best Lawyers in Australia guide in the fields of Construction and Infrastructure Law, International Arbitration, and Transportation Law. He is recommended by Doyle’s Guide in its list of leading Construction Law barristers in Western Australia, having been first listed in the Guide’s list of leading construction lawyers in Western Australia in 2015.
