My practice area is personal injury, compensation and insurance law, having practised in that specialty as a solicitor for many years.

I was a legal panel member of the Motor Vehicle Personal Injury Division of the Insurance Commission of W.A. for over twenty five years.

I was a board member of the Australian Insurance Law Association for ten years.

My experience as counsel, acting for both plaintiffs and defendants, includes District Court trials, appeals to the Supreme Court and assisting counsel in High Court appeals.

I have conducted numerous District Court pre-trial conferences and informal settlement conferences.
