Jonathon Slack-Smith
Jonathon Slack-Smith accepts commercial and public law briefs. He has particular experience with corporations and insolvency matters, including administrations, liquidations, receiverships, voidable transactions, public examinations and claims against directors and other officers. His practice also covers disputes in relation to the financial, resources and construction industries.
Jonathon has represented clients in the Federal Court, Federal Circuit Court, Supreme Court, District Court, Magistrates Court and State Administrative Tribunal. He has trial and appellate experience.
Before joining the independent bar, Jonathon worked on wide range of commercial disputes at Solomon Brothers, Dentons and Clayton Utz. He studied undergraduate law at University of Western Australia and postgraduate law at Melbourne University.
