Tom Porter

Tom Porter has a broad commercial litigation practice encompassing complex construction, financial services, trade practices and property disputes. He appears as counsel in major domestic and international commercial arbitrations, both ad hoc and those administered by institutions such as the ICC and SIAC.

Prior to joining the bar, Tom worked at international law firms in Sydney and Perth. Tom completed his Master of Laws at the University of Sydney in 2011. Since 2015, Tom has formed part of the visiting faculty teaching International Commercial Arbitration at the University of Western Australia.
