Stefan Tomasich

Stefan has a broad practice, including commercial, insolvency, public, and regulatory matters.

Before joining the Bar, Stefan was a solicitor at the State Solicitor’s Office, acting in a wide range of matters, including complex regulatory prosecutions and civil litigation. He has appeared as counsel in the State Administrative Tribunal, the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts, and in coronial inquests. He has both trial and appellate experience, including appearing in single judge appeals in the Supreme Court.

Prior to practicing at the State Solicitor’s Office, Stefan was the Associate to the Hon. Justice Edelman.

Stefan holds a Bachelor of Laws, with first class honours, from the University of Western Australia. He also holds a Master of Laws, with distinction, from University College London, focussing on commercial and private law.
