Damon Van Kempen

Damon practises in commercial, succession, and crime.

Prior to joining the Bar, Damon worked at a leading succession firm, acting for both plaintiffs and defendants in contested probate actions and claims under the Family Provision Act. Damon also maintained a general commercial litigation practice during this time.

In addition to civil litigation, Damon represents legally aided clients in criminal matters, and private clients in regulatory prosecutions.

Damon appears in all State courts and the State Administrative Tribunal for mediations and contested hearings.
