Emma Luck
Emma is a disputes resolution lawyer with over 18 years of experience in the UK and Australia, particularly in the areas of construction and engineering disputes, resources disputes, trade practices, professional negligence and general commercial litigation. Emma has provided legal advice and representation on major international ventures in Africa, Europe, the US and Russia as well as large-scale domestic energy, resources and infrastructure projects.
Between 2004 and 2015 Emma worked in Perth as a senior associate at DLA Piper, Clayton Utz and King & Wood Mallesons where she was involved in a wide range of complex commercial litigation, arbitration and adjudication. Prior to 2004 Emma worked in London, both in private practice and as in-house counsel at BP Global Exploration & Production.
