Nathan Landis

Nathan Landis is an experienced and versatile dispute resolution lawyer who has dealt with a broad range of matters in a number of different jurisdictions; his practice focuses on dispute resolution in the energy and resources sector.

Nathan has extensive experience representing clients in the oil and gas and mining industries, and in particular in joint venture disputes, contractual issues and regulatory investigations.  During his career, he has appeared as counsel in a range of courts and tribunals within Australia and in the Middle East.  He has experience conducting domestic and international arbitrations under a range of institutional and ad hoc arrangements.
