Jennifer accepts briefs in criminal law, civil and administrative matters, inquiries (including public prosecutions), disciplinary matters, probate and family law.
Jennifer is an experienced advocate, having formerly practiced as a State Prosecutor at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions for Western Australia, appearing as Counsel for the State in all forms of hearing including trials and appeals in the courts of criminal jurisdiction. Her experience includes a secondment to the WA Prosecuting Division, extradition matters, civil proceeds of crime and advice to the Corruption and Crime Commission of WA.
Jennifer also lectures in criminal law and forensic advocacy at Curtin Law School.
