Jennifer Negus
Jennifer has a practice that includes commercial and corporate disputes, regulatory and disciplinary matters and inquiries (including public prosecutions), criminal matters, family matters and probate disputes.
Formerly a State Prosecutor at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions for Western Australia, Jennifer has appeared as Counsel for the State in all forms of hearing including trial and appeal in the courts of criminal jurisdiction, as well as on secondment to the WA Police Prosecuting Division. Her experience also includes extraditions, civil proceeds of crime and advice to the Corruption and Crime Commission of WA.
Jennifer lectures in criminal law and forensic advocacy at Curtin Law School.
